Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Taxi Fuchs (owner Metin Tilki) and passengers or clients. The German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all transport and transfer services of Taxi Fuchs, Metin Tilki, Mitterweg 159, 6020 Innsbruck, Österreich and to bookings and quote requests via taxifuchs.com.
2. Contracting party
The contracting party is Taxi Fuchs, owner Metin Tilki, Mitterweg 159, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria. Contact: Telefon +43 650 743 3659, E-Mail office@taxifuchs.com. VAT: ATU63611899.
3. Conclusion of contract
With an online booking you make a binding offer to conclude a transport contract. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation. A quote request is non-binding; a contract only arises with your subsequent booking and our confirmation.
4. Services
We provide taxi and rental-car services, in particular airport transfers, ski transfers and private rides in Tyrol and the surrounding area. The exact scope follows from the respective booking.
5. Prices and fixed price
A fixed price applies to listed routes and is disclosed before the contract is concluded. For routes without an online fixed price we provide a quote on request. Additional services not agreed in advance (waiting times, detours, extra stops) may be charged separately. All prices are in euros including statutory VAT.
6. Payment
Payment is made in cash directly to the driver unless expressly agreed otherwise. The amount is due at the end of the ride.
7. Cancellation and no-show
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to a reasonable period before the agreed pick-up time; please contact us by phone in good time. In the event of very short-notice cancellation or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge incurred costs.
8. Passenger obligations
Passengers are responsible for the accuracy of their details (pick-up and destination address, time, number of people and luggage, flight or train data). The driver’s instructions in the interest of road safety must be followed, and the statutory seat-belt requirement observed.
9. Luggage, skis and child seats
Normal travel luggage is included. Bulky luggage and ski/snowboard equipment must be stated at booking so that a suitable vehicle can be provided. Child seats are provided on request if stated at booking.
10. Delays and force majeure
We strive for punctual transport and take actual arrival times into account for airport transfers. We accept no liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.
11. Liability
We are liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available at taxifuchs.com.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck as far as legally permissible. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected.
14. Final provisions
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
